2.1 AVP Customs OPC specializes in custom garments, printing services, and promotional items.
2.2 Product images on our website are for reference only. Actual products may vary in color, material, and design due to production processes.
2.3 Custom orders will be produced based on the designs and specifications submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all details before approval.
2.4 AVP Customs OPC reserves the right to decline any order that violates ethical, legal, or copyright regulations.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 All custom orders require a 30% down payment before production begins.
3.2 Full payment must be completed before shipment or pickup of the order.
3.3 Payments can be made through the available payment methods provided on our website.
3.4 Failure to complete payments within the agreed time may result in order cancellation or delays.
4. Color Match Policy (Sublimation Printing)
4.1 Color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, fabric types, and the sublimation process.
4.2 We strive to match colors as closely as possible, but exact color replication is not guaranteed.
4.3 If precise color accuracy is required, customers may request a sample print, which may incur additional costs.
4.4 AVP Customs OPC is not liable for minor color differences between the digital design and the final printed product.
4.5 By approving the design proof, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of slight color variations in the final product.
5. Production and Delivery
5.1 Production timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly informed.
5.2 Customers must provide accurate details for order specifications. AVP Customs OPC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
5.3 Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
6.2 If the product has manufacturing defects, customers must notify AVP Customs OPC within 3 days of receipt for resolution.
6.3 Refunds or replacements will be subject to evaluation and approval.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All designs provided by AVP Customs OPC are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.
7.2 Customers must ensure they have the right to use any design, logo, or material submitted for production. AVP Customs OPC is not liable for copyright infringement.
8. Liability and Disputes
8.1 AVP Customs OPC is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or external circumstances.
8.2 Any disputes arising from orders must be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will be handled in accordance with Philippine law.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 AVP Customs OPC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
