1. Custom Products and Orders
1.1 All sales are final for custom orders due to the personalized nature of the products.
1.2 We do not offer refunds for products that have been custom made or altered based on customer specifications, including garments, printed materials, and other personalized items.
1.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details before production begins.
2. Manufacturing Defects
2.1 If a product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., poor stitching, incorrect print, or damage during production), customers must notify AVP Customs OPC within 3 days of receipt of the product.
2.2 In cases of manufacturing defects, AVP Customs OPC will offer a replacement or repair of the defective product, at no extra cost.
2.3 Products that are worn, washed, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Defective Products
3.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items, including but not limited to printed garments and accessories.
3.2 If you are dissatisfied with a product due to reasons other than manufacturing defects, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
4. Requesting a Refund

5.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns, except in cases where AVP Customs OPC is at fault (e.g., manufacturing defects).
5.2 If a refund is granted in cases where shipping costs are applicable, the refund will be for the product cost only and will not include shipping fees.
